Application Support

Our support and maintenance contracts help our clients ensure the stability of their business-critical applications, systems and networks.

The TriSystems support team provides a guaranteed response to reported problems, together with management and tracking of these issues through to resolution.

The TriSystems HelpDesk is central to the delivery of this service. This provides a single point of contact between the client and the support team. The detailed information logged by the support team at each stage of the life cycle of a problem provides the basis for extensive management reporting to enable the client to measure the effectiveness of the service.
