Jeff Ward is a specialist in business information exchange. He comes from a background in financial IT systems
design and management and has worked, with great success, in the insurance industry for the last twenty five years.
He designed and led the development of the London insurance market's most successful electronic accounting and
settlement project, known as EDX, which now forms the basis of the ACORD international standards for insurance
information interchange.

Alex Mattelaer is an IT professional specialising in the design and implementation of insurance software and
processes. He comes from an international background gained with blue-chip insurance organisations such as
Zurich Re. During his time at Alea, he was first Head of IT, Alea Europe before moving on to take the post
of CEO Alea Technology. He has solid expertise in the management of international software development projects.

Mark Duff comes from a solid background in insurance gained as a Lloyd’s underwriter. From Lloyd’s he went
